The Good Marketer, a fast-growing digital agency with a reputation for delivering exceptional results for SMEs, is partnering exclusively with Recrescere Group to find a Client Success Manager who’s passionate about building relationships, driving results, and delivering value to clients.

As a key player in the agency’s success, you’ll act as the bridge between clients and internal delivery teams, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth across your portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

● Managing a portfolio of marketing clients across a range of sectors

● Acting as the primary point of contact, building long-lasting client relationships

● Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget

● Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting client growth and retention strategies

● Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics

● Facilitating regular strategy and performance calls, offering guidance and insight

What We’re Looking For:

● Proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment is essential.

● Strong client-facing skills as a confident communicator, with the ability to build trust quickly

● A commercially-minded professional who can spot growth opportunities and add strategic value

● Excellent organisational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts effectively

● Understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Email) is a plus
